Shamanism is the spiritual practice that our ancestors used to learn about their surroundings, to communicate with the spirits and to heal themselves. We are descended from shamanic cultures and because of this, we still have that link to our environment: the truth of our interconnectedness has never changed ... we simply fell asleep and lost touch.
